Set around our open kitchen, each evening is a unique, intimate, and interactive dining experience with Head Chef James Knappett and the team, who prepare, cook, and serve a daily changing tasting menu of meticulously sourced and foraged British ingredients. Sandia Chang, award-winning sommelier, will then hand-pick wine pairing or grower champagne to each dish.

On booking, we ask you to choose from one of our Kitchen Table Dining Experiences, which includes James Knappett’s Tasting Menu or Vegetarian Menu.
